Smile - Leanne Chahley
Inspiration: My theme for Smile was “Maximalism.” I asked my bee mates for all the saturated colours and dancing improv blocks and spent many hours finding the hint of a medallion layout, adding connections and more blocks. Matchstick hand-drawn quilting followed by a wash and dry added he industrial look of the finished texture that I had planned. Smile makes everyone smile.
